QPM StressPro incorporates measurement and prevention of stress levels in work situations.
The QPM StressPro assessment comprises

1. Different stress and the different responses to stress

• Overall level of response to demand or trauma
• Good stress
• Bad stress
• Situational stress
• Response to stress (reaction to evasion or resistance)

2. Environmental factors of stress

• Stress linked to duty (qualitative and quantitative demands, characteristics, risks linked to execution)
• Work organization (control of distribution over workload, precision of the objective, adaptability of schedule...)
• Work relations (lack of aid by colleagues or superiors, type of management, lack of gratitude...)
• Sensitivity to physical causes of stress (noise, heat...)

3. Different types of reaction to stress

• Alarm phase (evasive or combative reflex)
• Phase of resistance
• Phase of exhaustion

4. Impact zones on physical indicating the physical areas needing improvement

Pre-determined areas, which represent perturbed zones on a biophysical level, under no circumstance represent pathological zones in the medical sense but rather causal zones that were perturbed during biophysical or bioelectronic function. These zones may also be called atrophied zones or zones of extra-cellular oxidative stress. They are specialized areas of somatization of clinical stress; areas where intra-physical oxidative stress may eventually develop that will ultimately cause physical or psychological deterioration. These zones are those that must be taken into consideration in physical actions to avoid the onset of deterioration.

Their significance becomes necessary to note during the measurement of zones that are able to restore physical, emotional or mental well-being.
