Today QPM DPRH includes 6 entry keys and more than 20 criteria demonstrating the dynamic function of the organism. Its evolution has enabled individuals to be enriched by new keys to understanding. The flexibility of this model predisposes it to specific adaptations.
1. Behavioural Comprehension
Starting with 4 primary behavioural factors :
• Need for new research monitored by the neo-cortex,
• Need for feedback monitored by the limbic system,
• Need for challenge monitored by the reptilian brain,
• Overall biophysical stability.
QPM DPRH describes 81 temperaments and permits their dynamic interpretation by links through a variety of different primary behaviour made evident by the correlation between characteristic.
2. Behavioural imprints
They are composed of all the life experiences of the subject’s personal development since birth, along the lines of their emotional, relational, inner and behavioural development.
QPM® has chosen 10 principle imprints (incarnation, grief, maternal, paternal, trans-generational, partner, home, roots, self-esteem, self-prestige) by associating masculine and feminine polarities. These are more and more frequently used in cognitive and behavioural therapies.
3. Emotional intelligence for personal and professional success
Goleman showed that the success of an individual is related more to their emotional intelligence than to their Intelligence Quotient. QPM® retains 83 criteria that compose this study and divides them into various chapters :
• Personal emotional intelligence
- Emotional self-awareness
- Self-control
- Motivation
• Social emotional intelligence
- Empathy
- Social aptitudes
• Emotional maturity
• Basic emotions
To this criteria QPM® has added introversion and extroversion applied to the social self and the inner self.
This cognitive approach to emotional intelligence has the peculiarity of not relying on verbal tests that are necessarily subjective.
4. Personal potential
IThis consists of support points where one’s total expression leads to self-illumination.
QPM® reveals the inherent level of each potential attribute with the understanding that each potential may or may not be realized. The QPM® model has enumerated 15 (activity, will power, aggressiveness, creativity, intuition, charisma, abstraction, etc.). The revelation and realization of these potentials gives the individual a supplementary, vital direction.
5. Relationship to the environmental system
Inspired by the works of C. G. Jung, these criteria describe :
• Mode of communication with the environment (emotional, perceptual, rational, active, conceptual)
• Mode of action on the environment (reproduction, adaptation, transformation, innovation)
• Type of environment that best corresponds to the individual (formal or informal).
6. Stress and anxiety
• Stress level (current, eustress, situational distress, response to stress)
• Level of types of anxiety (situational, cognitive, somatic, chronic).
The assessment recommends to the subject and practitioner which methods to pursue at a mental level and which methodology to adapt.
