Certification takes place during the fourth day. A certificate is presented after training and on the basis of the interpretation of two (out of five) assessments before a jury. Certification is personal and non-transferable; it alone authorizes use of the system and recourse to its operational service.
After certification, QPM® offers a new credit of 15 free measures to be obtained in the ensuing 30 days. Hence, the newly certified practitioner can immediately practice all the recently acquired skills. Experience has shown that after having obtained about 20 measurements, the practitioner feels sufficiently confident to use the technique regularly.
Operation of QPM®
The individual who has obtained certification (or the enterprise employing that individual) is thus equipped with the QPM® measurement kit.
The kit comprises
• an electronic box to interface between the living subject and the machine,
• six electrodes and their cables,
• a software programme to link the box to a computer.
QPM® simultaneously gives the user access to and a personal account for the programme that enables decoding and interpretation of the electronic data collected.
QPM® is available by interactive format over the internet. The expert who receives the biophysical measurement correlates that to a database of analyses and can interpret the data within minutes.
Enclosure
Upon request the clients with only local use of QPM® can enjoy the advantages of an enclosure that facilitates the reception and use of data. This metal and plastic enclosure measures 80 cm long, 60 cm wide and 1.2 m high. It is delivered with the necessary instructions for use.
